Bloomberg wants smoking anathema for NYC apartments? Proposed law has clues

New York City residents who are still smokers are an unloved garland in a Big Apple. Mayor Michael Bloomberg has done it his idea to anathema cigarettes from open places, including restaurants, bars, parks, beaches, and even Times Square. And if hizzoner has his way, apartments will be his subsequent smoke-free target.

To be clear, a order introduced to a City Council doesn’t anathema smoking in residential buildings; it would simply need that housing have created rules.

According to a Wall Street Journal, “Bloomberg is proposing new legislation that would need residential buildings to rise created policies that residence either smoking is available in both indoor and outside locations, including lobbies, balconies, courtyards, washing bedrooms and, many controversially, particular apartments.
